I hate how I overthink and end up having negative thoughts all the time. Most of the time, the things I worry about are pointless. It seems as if I always make up the absolutely worse case scenarios in my head and start assuming that I’m right. I wish I could control the things that run wild in my mind all the time. It’d make my life so much easier and certainly a lot less stressful.
